I took my pooch to Sparky's after having read the great reviews here on citysearch and I couldn't be happier that I did! Not only is there a real sense of customer appreciation (both human and dog) but they are so sincere about every aspect of the grooming experience. They let me know that my dog could stand to lose a little weight (very politely) and gave me great advice on how to do it right. When I picked up my dog she was nice and clean, was pooch odor free (not perfumey), and most importantly was happy.
Pros: great price, lots of services, great owners
