All I Can Say About This Place Has Horrible Photo & Video, we hired essence for our photo & video and the photographer and videographer were very nice, however we were told we would have our proofs in 4 to 6 weeks we got them in 8 weeks, we receive the proof book with no explanation of why it was late and over 90% of the proof book was not color corrected, all the pictures had bad lighting and were very yellow. They told us they were going to fix the bad pages and give us a call when ready, 2 weeks later they call us and said 2 pages were fixed. So now we have a proof book with bad lighting and only 2 pages that look corrected. Next we were told we would have our video in 8-12 weeks. We had to wait over 12 weeks. When i called to see where my video was they said sorry we are backed up and we want to make your video perfect for you. Once we picked up our video we came home excited to watch it and it was horrible. The sound is bad, the video jumps from scene to scene, and it will cut off a scene and jump to another one and then replay the same scene it cut off. It did capture everything that was said between my wife and i because I had a microphone. Needless to say I would not recommend Essence Photo and video.
Pros: Horrible Service, Photos, & Especially Video
Cons: My Advice Is To Look Somewhere Else.
