Review content:
Had their pizza before, thought is was mediocre, but was convinced to order again. After placing the order and waiting an hour and a half I decided to call them back and see what the problem was. They said I had never ordered, and that they'd put one in then if I still wanted something from them. I didn't mind that too much because by then we'd decided it would have been better to get pizza from the far better Dino's, so it was a sort of relief.\r

Half an hour later we were eating some good pizza.\r

I wouldn't write a review if that was the end of the story. It's now a couple of weeks later and there's a charge on my credit card from Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria for the pizza they never made (and that I never signed for)! Now I have to waste even more time getting this resolved.
Pros: They make edible food.
Cons: They charge you regardless of whether they make you food.
