Review content:
I have lived on the Monterey Peninsula my whole life and have bought all of my vehicles from Cardinale. I also know many people who buy their cars from them. I have had always had a very good experience with them. The thing people need to understand is that buying a car is NEVER going to be a completely smooth and amazing process. But what I can say is that Cardinale has always done what they've needed to do to keep me(and their other customers) happy. As a large company, the owners cannot control every single day to day operation. They hire the best people possible and go from there. I read so many blogs where people rip car dealers. You need to be fair in your assesment of a business. If you do run into a problem..ask yourself if they are trying to help you resolve it. People at car dealerships are no different than the rest of us. Hardworking people with families to feed. Once you understand that, you will probably look at things differently.
Pros: Family owned, been around very long time, committed to taking care of customer
Cons: none really
