I don't know where you went GG1357 but what you describe is not the service I received. Not only they fixed my laptop they did it the same day because I had a plain to catch later that they. They were extreemly professional and curtious. The technician diagnosed it, took his time to explain what was wrong and what needs to be repair. And let me tell you my laptop was ready before i know it. \r
The prices are the most less than anywhere else I check. I had few quotes for the repair previously which were running over $600.00 and couldn't deliver the same day service. \r
My repair was less than $200.00 with Computerworks and I had it back within 2.5 hours.\r

So everyone who's out there that's looking for a professional service with a great service do try this place. I've been going back to them for just about every IT service and support.
