OK, (more) truth be told, i haven't been going as consistently as possible but that's why i'm writing this... i need to remind myself how great i felt when i actually was going...mike is the trainer and he's an awesome, professional, and personal/ble trainer, leader of the pack if you will, who helped create my health/weight/diet goals and was totally realistic about it. there are certain things i just won't give up and he gets that but also helps puts things in perspective so that i can better balance my diet while still enjoying myself and food.\r

anyway, if you're looking for a fun, challenging, and social way to strengthen yourself or train for some run, be it short or long, this would be a great place to start. there are even pregnant women running and i was way behind them :-) there's no way you'll feel like a fool here-- everyone is supportive. i love that there is no attitude here and everyone i met was super nice. plus, you can reward yourself to tartines afterward...kidding (not really).
Pros: fun, challenging, great people,
