I would have given New Moon a 1 star rating, but i have to admit, at times the food is pretty damn good. However, The service is HORRIBLE! \r

You're not greeted when you walk in. Usually the host/hostess is taking a person call or chit chatting with other employees. \r
When you are seated, it usually takes 10 minutes for someone to come take drink orders\r
If you ask for something different on the food you order (example: no onions, no mushrooms, chicken instead of shrimp) they NEVER get it right. Maybe 1 time out of the 15 times I've. Unfortunately, I'm forced to go there because there aren't any other decent quality food places around there. \r

Pro: Foods alright. \r

Recommendation: Flip a coin, call it in the air and if you get lucky go to New Moon. That's about the same odds that their service will be semi alright.
