Review content:
New Moon takes traditional Chinese dishes and gives them a contemporary and California twist without overly Americanizing it. Very well prepared dishes with clean, crisp, and distinct flavors. Unlike the a previous reviewer, this is no PF Chang wannabe because it doesn't overpower the food with salt and strong sauces. As you can tell, I do not like PF Chang's at all. Although if you really, really like Americanized Chinese food, you may not like this place. \r

There is a large wait staff so the service is wonderfully cheery and quick. They seem to only hire very good looking servers to match their well done contemporary Asian decor. I was there on a Saturday night with 7 people so it was a good thing we had reservations.\r

I highly recommend trying this place for yourself and deciding.
Pros: Fantastic food, quick and friendly service, parking lot behind
Cons: Relatively pricey for Chinese food (more than Panda Express but less than PF Chang)
