If you are like me and your primary reason for going out to dinner is to eat a good meal rather than a sociological study of a culture, then try the New Moon. Each dish is delicious and a wonderful take on Chinese classics. Best yet, they know how to cook something tasty without a ton of grease - something I often find at ""authentic"" places.
