Very poor experience; took large family group (13 adults) with reservation on a Sunday afternoon. The store was half empty but service was horrific, was told they would provide 2 servers, yet only one was available, everything took forever, over 30 minutes for salads and an hour for meals.\r

But the quality of food when finally arrived was horrible; 2 orders of basic chicken undercooked, shrimp served cold etc... very poor quality food, worse than expected at a Dennys or diner type restaurant. left 2 members of our party ill shortly after. Complaints to manager did little but create anxiety with him, \r

Service was comparable to food, had to ask for everything, basic condiments were not furnished with meal, just horrible overall experience and waste of afternoon. Will never repeat.
