I know it's an acquired taste, but you should definitely try it here. This is the best I have had outside the Napa Valley, @ Mustard's Grill. The portion size is immense, with a huge serving of freshly sauteed onions and their wonderfully thick-sliced smoky bacon, this is one of their signature dishes. They have a great selection of steaks and fish as well, but I go there for one reason. The service is very good, less the wait time to get in, but all in all, worth it.
