I've been frequenting various auto mechanics/shops since I've owned a car. During my 20+ years as a car owner, I have encountered 2 service shops that have been honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. MPower has been servicing my car for routine and trouble-shooting maintenance for the past 3 years. I've found them to be accountable for all their work. There was one instance where a faulty part (due to manufacturer error) led to 2 additional trips. MPower assumed all costs for additional repair time and turned the problem around quickly. You will find the manager there (Andy Terani) to be both reliable and frank. I know that people may have apprehensions about owning and maintaining a BMW. I assure you that MPower can alleviate much of the stress.
