Review content:
Very dishonest. After checking over vehicle as close as we could(checked all fluids but couldn't get coolant cap off - too tight), then test drove (ran a little rough) asked if there was anything they knew was wrong. Was told it only needed a tune-up, no other problems. We purchased and drove home. Car broke down the next day, finding oil in the coolant (after needing a wrech to get cap off) and had a cracked cylinder head. Contacted previous owner. Previous owner told us they new of the problem when he traded the car in. Previous owner contacted Great Lakes Auto and they basically told him too bad. Car was sold as is with no warrenty. This dealer was NOT honest and only cared about the money, NOT the customer! Do NOT deal with them! Very upset with Great Lakes Auto.
Cons: Very dishonest. Didn't care about the customer, only the money.
