I bought a car from them at the end of the summer. I paid almost $4000 cash. I drove it, everything was good, but the air didn't work, it was blowing out heat. Liz told me they would look at it. I picked the car up a few days later, and it wasn't fixed. We agreed to schedule a time for me to take it back. That never happened. When it started getting cold, my car started blowing out cold air. Not only was there a problem with the air, the heat also didn't work. I called Liz back and we scheduled for me to take it out. Her husband looked at it and flushed out a hose. The heat sort of worked for a day, then it went back out. I called and left a message to let her know, she called back and said they would fix it, not to worry about it. When I tried to call to schedule this, I couldn't contact them...after about a month, i filed a complaint with the Better BusinessBureau. They didn't respond to that, so I had an ingham county mediator call. Liz says, the car was sold as is. I haven't been able to contact them until today. Liz answered the phone and when I told her who I was and why i was calling, she told me that she read a review online and that I was nothing but a liar and she had nothing more to say to me, and then she hung up. I am an honest person, and I honestly would tell everyone I know NOT to buy a car from them. I thought they were nice, honest people, clearly I was mistaken. Be careful.
