Review content:
I took my son in to have his hair cut. It took me three weeks & a bribe to convince him to get it cut. School pictures were coming up and I wanted his hair to look nice. I called and made an appointment. Arrived on time, but had to wait 25 minutes. When it was our turn finally, I told the ""stylist"" how I wanted his hair cut and went to check on my other child. Not thinking that I have to babysit the ""stylist"" to ensure it was done correctly. When she finished it looked just as bad as when we arrived. It didn't look like she did ANYTHING! We had to leave to make another appointment because we were running late due to our appointment being pushed back. I called right after we left to see what we could do to fix his hair and was told I would have to pay another $8 to have it fixed. I had just paid $15+tip for the crappy haircut. Why should I have to pay ANYTHING to have them correct something that wasn't done correctly in the first place.
Now I can't get my son to get his hair fixed because of the bad experience with Cookie Cutters.
Well, picture day has come and my son's hair looks like someone cut it with a flowbee. Thanks for the crappy haircut!
Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.
