I visited Clayton furniture on August 16, 2008, I bought several pieces of furniture and spent close to $2500 dollars at an outlet store so it was A LOT of pieces... after finding my son's bedroom outfit I was told that the headboard would have to be ordered and that once it came in it would have to be picked up. Seeing no issue with that I ordered the headboard and it is October 10, 2008 and stil no headboard. When I called Carol told me that I would have to wait for a minimum order from the store in order to get the headboard, she never mentioned this to me when I bought it and can't even tell me when that MINIMUM ORDER will be. It's been two months !! I've called three times and on the third time I told her that I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back, she told me that she would have to call me back and has not even done that yet! It seems like I cannot get any result from this place and ALSO, when the two delivery men delivered what was on the floor they nicked my wall (in a brand new house) and the one delivery driver was useless, my husband carried it in with the one driver. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend let alone an enemy !!
