My friend had her wedding this past June. The only positive about our experience at Ana's is that the bridal dress was simply beautiful. Everything else was pretty much a nightmare. During our visits, we had trouble getting the employees to focus on our wedding group. Sometimes you couldn't find anyone to help you, or they were helping various groups at one time. But what really bothers me is that fact that 2 out of 3 bridesmaids had trouble with their dresses the day of the wedding, Our dresses started tearing at the seams, making it difficult to sit, dance, or even pose for some pictures. I called the manager and instead of apologizing, she said she never heard of anything like that before. When I sent her multiple pictures and a letter a month ago, she never responded back. OUR DRESSES WERE CHEAPLY MADE/CONSTRUCTED. Poor customer service and a poor product will prevent me from ever recommending this business. If you want to see pictures of their product, just email
