It's a good thing I didn't choose this place, because I'd be one upset bride. My bridesmaid dress and flower girl dress were purchased at Ana's. They both took about 5 months to come in...so you better plan early. The bride's dress took even longer! Once I was told my dress was in, I called Ana's numerous times, no one answered the phone. I left messages, no one returns your calls. I picked up my flower girl dress today and the staff seemed a bit 'put off' that I would not e choosing Ana's for alterations. Seriously! How in the world could I trust them to do alterations in time AND contact me when the alterations were complete. Sorry, I'll bring my business to someone who answers their phone and actually wants my business. Maybe my experience was different beause I am not the bride, however, that should be no excuse for running a business poorly. Oh, and, while I was waiting there to pick up the dresses, the phone rang multiple times...everybody was around...nobody answers.
