I don't know where to begin, they have been awful since the whole process started. The main thing is, my sister ordered her bridesmaid dress when we all did in April. Her's was supposed to come in August. The wedding is TOMORROW and it didn't come in until THIS AFTERNOON. The whole time they gave us attitude when we called to check in on it. Then, they call her in the middle of our rehearsal dinner in Narragansett tonight and they told her she had to leave and come in asap to get the dress fitted because the seamstress had plans later. AND GET THIS, this is what they said when she told them she was in the middle of the rehearsal dinner: ""What's more important, your dress or eating food."" I KID YOU NOT! They made no consessions to make the situation right, and did nothing but give attitude throughout the whole process. And that was just with my sister, let alone the stress and inconvenience they gave me and my mother. We were nothing but nice to them even though they were bitches to us. They actually made my sister cry in front of my whole family while she was on the phone with them. I will NEVER go back, and I am putting reviews on every possible website I can. DO NOT go there and give them business. I can't believe how unprofessional, unorganized, and horribly attituded they are. They are awful people and should be ashamed of themselves.
