Did Hansen actually eat at the same restuarant I have for twenty years? The Far East has the best Chinese food of any restaurant in the Nashville area. It is certainly unique, as opposed to the carbon-copy take-out joints you find on every corner. The Far East has a different take on dishes found in Chinese fast-food places. And what twenty item buffet? I wish! I'd love all the cashew chicken I could eat. The ""buffet"" Hansen refers to is an ala carte lunch cafeteria-style service. Not a true buffet. Her review totally misses the mark, making me extremely skeptical that she ever visited the place. Simply put: the Far East rules!
