I am going to put a high rating on this facility but the remark is to the person who posted is EVERYTHING IS GOOD BUT ONE PERSON, who was rude.
Now I don't take these types of reviews seriously as they did not list why this man was rude, what he was rude about.
Did he not explain the program, did he not give them information ?
The person who wrote this son or daughter probably could not qualify and they were anger. Angry reviews do not contribute much as they do not tell people specifically what to avoid.
I wish people who want to write a negative review would go back to the basic writing skills, who what, how, when so the reviews could have merit.
It is sad that they take the time to write so emotionally, the are not taken creditably.
