Review content:
Took wife's van to Josh's after a wreck. They had it a month, $11,000.00 worth of repair, before they said it was ready. My wife picked it up and on the way home realized something was not right. Took it back he next day and they found another $1,500.00 in damages they hadn't found before. Had another $900.00 in repairs two months later eventhough Cory, at Josh's, kept telling our insurance company it was normal wear and tear. Our only salvation was one of the repair shops Josh's uses for sub contract work stood by us and told the insurance company it was not. We kept having problems and Cory just kept telling us to buy a new van. Three years later, and three axils later, had a fron axil sheer in half while my wife was driving on Hwy 75. Ended up taking the van, on our own dime, to a frame shop in Dallas. They found and showed our insurance company , new adjustor, where the underbody/frame had been bent and ripped in the original accident. Our insurance company ended up totaling our van so they essentially paid for it twice. Oh, did I forget to say the folks at Josh's and the original insurance adjuster where good friends and hunting buddies. This explained why we never felt like we could get anywhere. Would only recommend Josh's to my worst enemy. Go there and you will pay in the long run.
