This place is horrible.... poor management.... they will snoop through your home when you arent there..... the manager and office personnel can't carry on decent conversations they all have ""I'm better than you attitudes""... not pleased at all.... can't wait until lease ends to move out...... oh yea there are several townhomes that are occupied by late night partiers...... so beware if you work for a living i'm sure you don't wnat to be kept up all night by the young drunks...
Pros: It's cheap for being in Mount Pleasant and they are appealing to the eye on the outside
Cons: Management, Office Personnel, Up-dating their homes
