I had a traffic altercation with a cement mixing truck owned by Redi-Mix Concrete of Euless TX. The resolution to this issue has not been a pleasant one, as both Redi-Mix and their insurance agent have dragged out the process, and now neither will return my calls.\r

I entered into the conversation with Redi-Mix in good faith and, after 14 days of deliberation, their insurance company summarily dismissed my claim .... not even wanting to hear the input from the attending police officer.\r

I find this in extremely poor judgement, not to mention poor community relations.\r
\r
Before I would contract with this company, I would seriously consider if the above actions are that of a ""Professional Contractor"".
