Review content:
I would definitely NOT recommend this office. The exam itself was fine, but when I informed the woman behind the counter that I would be ordering my contacts online and not from them, she became very short and downright rude. Not really a big deal, but then when I went to order the contacts, I discovered the prescription was written incorrectly. I had to go back the next day to have it rewritten. After placing the order I received an email saying there was a problem with the order. When I called they informed me that my doctor did not verify my prescription and actually said they had no record of me as a patient. The customer service person told me that eye doctors sometimes do this because they do not want their patients ordering online. This is extremely unethical behavior and I will never go back to this office again.
