I had a 9:45a appt with my 16 mo old daughter who had a 103 degree fever. it took us 1 hr and 22 min to get into the dr office. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told that she would be right with me. No office mgr showed up and when i brought this to the attention of the Dr she said that they were busy and that she was new and did not know what the procedures were and couldnt make any changes. I felt that the staff completely ignored my concerns from the assts to the drs. no on at the clininc seeme to show any concern for the patients well being. this is the 4th time that this has occurred to me and my family. we will be looking for other options in child care. the childrens clinic of portland has shown that the patient is the least of their concerns and that the patients parents will not be heard.
Pros: very poor
Cons: lack of cust service and lack of honesty
