We ordered a Wilson SOHO Cellular Amp/Antenna/Cable kit. I received the kit a few days later. The kit was ordered to improve our cell phone reception at a 2nd home in Matagorda, TX. As we only go to this home occasionally, it was several days before the antenna was installed at the house. Upon installation, we found almost no improvement in the reception. I called and spoke to your engineer and she informed that I actually needed a Wedge antenna rather than the original antenna with the kit. Their engineer informed me that I also needed to relocate the panel antenna in the house. I order the Wedge antenna and was given a RA number for returning the original antenna. I receive the wedge antenna on Wednesday and we replaced the original antenna with the wedge and relocated the panel antenna in the house. They now have a believer and a very satisfied customer. Immediately upon completion my cell phone reception went to 4 bars throughout the house and to 3 bars on our screened in porch at the back of the house. I am tickled pink.
