Dear Diana V. - During the 3 months that you were a client before you moved, we were not aware of any service concerns that you had. Had these concerns been communicated, we would have gladly addressed them. We have the same crew service the same properties from week to week so that we can better address service issues such a these. We successfully service almost 300 properties each week and don't lock our clients into contracts. We have to do a good job or they can let us go at any given time.\r

Dear Patrick G. - I do apologize for not getting back with you. Because of the drought in 2011, this Spring we were overwhelmed with new business.
