This gym has it all.. friendly staff..knowledeable and friendly trainers..lots of equipment. It has an amazing program called The Optimal Workout that has gotten me into the best shape of my life. It was fun..worked quickly and I was given my first 4 weeks free. after 4 weeks I was sold! I'm not only doing the group training but I decided to add some one on one training. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! I feel and look great. My Doc wants to know where I found this fountain of youth! Thank you OPTIMAL!!
