Polar did an excellent job on my new heater 2 years ago. I called a a few months ago to have my AC recharged. The owner listened to the symptoms on the phone and quickly told me I didn't need a recharge, and how to easily correct the trouble. Free advice! It worked. \r

Last night (Thurs) the compressor shut down at 7pm. I called the answering service, and had a call back, again from Richard, the owner, in 10 minutes. \r

45 minutes after that a technician knocked on my door, and had me up and running before 9:00. I already knew what was wrong, because I have a background in industrial repair and had tested the circuitry while waiting. I didn't have parts, so couldn't fix it myself (the unit is 12 years old, came with the house).\r

He arrived at the same conclusion that I did without prompting. He could easily have tried to pump up the bill since most people wouldn't have the tools or training to firgure out the problem. He had the repair part on his truck, and fixed the unit it in short order. \r

I have nothing but compliments for this company. \r
