I went into Men's Town Custom Tailoring based on a referral from a friend. She said that she had a horrible experience with another tailor who was supposed to have her wedding dress done before she left for her destination wedding but it wasn't done. TSo she went to Men's Town Custom Tailoring at the last min..and the owner was able to get it done for her within a day and saved her wedding! \r

So, i figured i'd give it a shot. He was a very nice man. We were the only 2 people in the store and i didn't feel uncomfortable at all being alone with him. I'm pregnant and had a bridesmaid dress that needed to be taken it at the bust and the hem. At first I was kind of shocked at how much it was going to be for the hem part of it but he explained to me that it was because of the type of material and the intricate detail work.... After he explained this to me understood that it wasn't just a simple hem and better understood the cost. I wasn't trying to be cheap but i told him i just didn't have the money for both so i'd just wear a longer dress. This wedding killed my wallet and I had no choice.\r

Anyway, the dress was ready on time and i went to pick it up a few days before the wedding. To my surprise, he hemmed the dress for me at no additional charge and even added new clasps to the back of the halter top at not charge additional charge. \r

I couldn't believe it. TALK ABOUT A BLESSING! Because of him i didnt trip over my dress while walking down the isle or dancing. I wanted to give him a nice tip but I had no extra money to do so... <> But, i'm hoping that this good review will at least convince some of you to go see him and earn him some business. \r

I hope that none of your read my story and try to get something for ""free"" out of this nice man. He deserves every penny!\r

The work on the dress was great too. I couldn't even tell that it had been altered.
