I signed up for the monthly cleaning service. The second visit was a DISASTER; the team went so fast they missed the obvious, like dirt in the corners and along the edges of walls, furniture, etc. They knocked things over and onto the floor and didn't even bother to pick the items up.
They broke a sentimental figurine while I was there and didnt even let me know about it. The owner won't pay the cost to replace it without a lot of work on my part. Owner made lots of excuses about the problems she faces all the time in the cleaning business and acted as if it was my fault and I was being too unreasonable.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever received!!!
Cons: unprofessional, poor customer service, sloppy
