Review content:
When I read the above review, I was shocked. Our company is highly regarded. We have the best men in the business, and customers frequently go out of their way to express their appreciation for our work, and we have the highest available rating on Angie's list. When I read the above review, I figured since it was anonymous that perhaps it was a competitor writing. My staff looked through our records and thier memories and identified the likely reviewer. It was a $9,000.00 project and there was no groundwater. But there was a significant release of oil and after excavation there remained potentially threatening levels of naphthalene so further risk assessment was required. We do not account for credit card purchases in our bids, and the 3% fee for credit cards is explained on our contract signature page. In this case we accepted partial payment with a credit card without fees because I did not want an unhappy customer. I guess it didn't work. Dana
