Review content:
These are the most unethical people I've ever met. Sold my son a car under the ""college graduate program"", offered him the $1000 off but told him he'd need to provide 5 references and copy of diploma in order to get the rebate. He provided that info and was given the car keys and told he could go. His grandfather, the co-signer, hadn't even signed paperwork yet. Upon going to get perm tags for the car, he was told ""oh by the way, we need an offer letter from an employer or we'll have to renig on the $1000 college grad rebate. You don't have to accept the offer and you can even have a friend put it on company letterhead as long as Toyota has something on file about a job"". Can you imagine the gall of that? They said they'd fix the problem but it's taken over 30 days to get a lousy acct number so payment could be made. AND they didn't tell us he had 90 days before first payment would be due. There is so much more, but I simply don't have enough space Pros: Great at talking the talk of being a great company! Cons: Don't walk the walk! Don't respond to phone calls ever!
