Alot of discrimination at this walmart store. The new manager Eric is just unbelievable. I applied for a job here, then received a call for interview. I was interviewed two times, first by freddie(I didn't understand every part of his interview process couze of his thick accent), and secondly the store manager-ERIC. The second interviewer, of course the store manager, was so brief hardly asked any questions about the position I was applying for(Uploader) just because I have an accent. I know mysely. I have done alot of physical work, and I'm pretty sure I can do the job. So the so called, ""Store manager"" lied to my face, said they gonna call me in one or two days. So, smarter as I'm, I called back in three days, and the person I spoke to is the hiring manager carla. She told me that I never showed up for Interview. HEAVENS!! WHO STASHED AWAY MY APPLICATION PAPERWORK TO A TRASH CAN? FREDDIE? STORE MANAGER?? I don't know. So Carla set a date for me once again, for interview. I showed up on time. First interview went well, the second interviewer is the same guy....ERIC. He smiled, then said, ""Oh, the last time you were kind of laid back, and I'm not sure you can perform the essential duties of the job."" I juss couldn't believe what was going on!!! So he's gonna tell me to update my job preference to something else. Still, waiting, and It looks like, I have to call the state and file for job discrimination. This is really very wrong and unethical. It shows a poor image to such a popular retail store in the world.
