This place was recommended to me by a friend who loved his apartment... I signed a lease under the old management which was amazing , helpful and just generally nice and easy to work with and was really looking forward to living here. Then over the summer management changed. The new managers are absolutely horrible!!! It takes weeks to get an email response if you ever even get one. They are always very rude and at times even threatening. They give hardly any notice to show apartments to potential tenants. They expect apartments to look unlived in whenever they feel like showing them and threatened to fine for less than perfect apts. they also think its ok to tell tenants a time they will be showing apartments and then not showing up and showing up completely unannounced at other times expecting it to just be ok for them to show the apt. whether or not its inconvenient to the current tenants. Also the apartments that aren't one of the 2 that are refinished are absolutely falling apart. The showers work and give hot water maybe 50% of the time if your lucky . I have had my garbage disposal leak and crack, as well as have the faucet in the shower just completely shoot out of the wall almost hitting me in the leg. Oh and forget trying to get anything fixed. It takes weeks if they ever even get the work orders form the managers. Just take the forewarning and save your self. Yeah the location is great but there are plenty of other places to live in Ann Arbor where you won't be treated like garbage and actually like living. DON""T LIVE HERE!!! I'd give it 0 stars if this site would let me
