Review content:
Do not take your car to this shop. They will promise you to have your car back in 7-10 days, and then after calling them everyday 6 weeks later, they finally get it to you. Also, perhaps you will find other issues with your car. Apparently it is a family owned business, so no one is really held accountable for being lazy or doing sloppy work or being generally incompetent. One of the previous three issues applies, if not all three at once.
There is one guy (Matt) who will only deal with customers, because he will try to be extra nice to you so you won't be upset. don't buy into it. be stern. demand that things get done.
I can't believe these people are still in business.
Pros: They have a physical location. Work is OK
Cons: Time to fix, lack of honesty, further issues with car
