After using this cleaner for a year, I finally realized the cuffs of expensive french cuff shirts were being ruined. This cleaner was not concerned nor willing to admit to its part in this shirts becoming damaged and unwearable.\r
So being a loyal customer means nothing and there will be no restitution for anything the establisment destroys.
