Review content:
I found these people online and called to find out about the company. I contacted several companies, and they were the first people to return my call. They seemed interested in my business, no matter that it wasn't a big job. I felt that I was treated with great respect and that they wanted to earn my business. The gal on the phone, Molly, was just delightful, with a really cute laugh. She explained the process to me and then got me in touch with the appraiser, Katy. In spite of my feelings about the property market in Michigan right now, the only joy in the process was in working with Katy Bennett at Thomas J. Walsh Appraisers. She was a true professional, keeping our appointment and arriving on time, efficient with time management, but still able to gather all the information, and then getting the report back to me when she said it would be done. A funny gal, but that didn't stand in the way of being a real true professional. The report was very easy to read, not a lot of jargon, but still detailed. I felt I was given the best service and treated with courtesy and respect, old fashioned personal service is probably the best way to describe it. Very good and certainly recommended. I felt that as a woman, I was treated with respect and would do business with them again. Pros: Professional, intellegent, and trustworthy
