A friend of mine visiting from Boston wanted to try this joint as it was close to my apartment, yet had a Manhattan feel to it. The ambiance was fantastic. I loved the interior decor. The wooden ceiling facade was a visual delight. We ordered frozen strawberry margaritas, the shrimp quesadilla, and crab quesadilla. The margaritas were pretty good. They were truly frozen and thick, which allowed you to sip and enjoy them at your leisure without them melting. The quesadillas were so-so...and definitely not worth $13. I wasn't a fan of the mediocre presentation (thrown on a plate with a haphazard dollup of sour cream, salsa, and guac in the center.) Both were overly salted and way too fishy tasting. The shrimp did not have a good texture...they tasted frozen, store bought, and over cooked. The crab was a little better, but the overpowering aroma of fishiness just about ruined it for me. I'd go back for the margaritas. I'd never order another quesadilla from here, though. Pros: Atmosphere, decor, margaritas, clean, good service Cons: Food isn't a good value
