Review content:
My family and I visited Balitmore on June 13-15 and had the pleasure of staying at the Brookshire Inn. Their customer service was the best that I had received in a very long time. The rooms were clean and the views were great. The Brookshire is located just a block away from the Inner Habor and three or four blocks from Camden Yards. We parked the car on Friday and picked it up on Sunday on our way out of town. We purchased tickets for the National Aquarium at the hotel which prevented my family from having to wait in the long line. \r \r My kids looked forward to complimentary breakfast each morning in the Cloud Room. Members of the hotel staff handed out coins that could be exchanged for a prize in the treasure box. Mr. Bobby Nelson, Executive in charge of Housekeeping, was exceptional. He took time away from his busy schedule to help my family plan activities in Baltimore. \r \r Although, I did not have an opportunity to indulge in the lobby social, I thought it was an excellent way to say thank you for chosing the Brookshire. \r \r The next time that we are in Baltimore, my famliy will definitely book the Brookshire Inn.\r \r Pros: Service, Service, Service, Complimentary Breakfast, Location to the habor
