3 TImes is NOT the charm here. The view of the harbor is great. All three times, horrible service, where they do not even acknowledge you are there.Never got to Restaurant area, this was all at the bar area, as a wait for restaurant, and then we said forget it!I can deal with a lot, as was a waitress/bartender for over 20 years, but attitudes stink here( sorry for all those who may really care there, I guess we just got the pits each time). Crab balls????small tasteless and not a representation of beloved Maryland heritage of flavor.
