I like Fenway but the people that worked there were entirely out of line and made me embaressed to be a red sox fan. I was refused service and refused help, and was robbed by actual employees which made me regret the entire experience. To make matters worse I spent 20 minutes trying to find a way to contact fenway park making the entire experience that much worse. Now, I have to spend my Monday I usually spend working, trying to replace my stolen ATM card that was taken by an employee. I suggest you find better ways of serving Fenway costumers. Pros: games are awesome Cons: employess not trained properly to deal with customers
