Walter and his team are excellent. They know who I am when I call. They know the answers to almost all of my questions and, if they don't, they research and call me right back. They are honest and have my best interests in mind. They take the time to listen to my needs and ensure that I have the right insurance products or options. Walter has come to my home on more than one occasion, most recently when I wanted to confirm that our homeowners' coverage was adequate. I am confident that I am receiving the highest level of service from Walter and his team.
