Person answering phone has nasty mean attitude, will not even give you any idea of appointment availability until she has all personal info which it took over 15 minutes for her to write down.. Then gives appointment for a simple eye exam 9 Weeks out!!!! Claims that is the soonest!
She was highly insulting the whole time the tone of voice alone was enough to make you cringe!. I kept trying to be nice in spite of it but I sure wish I hadn't bothered.Personally I don't need to be treated like dirt to get an appointment 9 weeks out and then get overcharged on top of it NO THANKS I read another review similar to mine and thought oh well maybe it was just a bad day experience. I was wrong this nasty behavior is the routine for this place and man they overcharge!!!
Pros: none unless you like to be treated like dirt
Cons: Nasty attitude and no appointment for over 2 months!Expensiv
