I called Kevin Scott because our neighbor had recommended them here in North Andover. I had an outside faucet problem. The pipe had ruptured in the winter. It has ruptured behind the wall and was difficult to get to. I left a message at 6:00 pm one night they called back at 8:00 am the following morning. I made an appointment to fit in with my scheduled here in North Andover. They gave me a two hour window. When the day came, they dispatched a plumber. He called before arriving, confirming he would be a little early! ""Was that OK""? …""Sure why not"". The plumber did excellent work. Charged exactly the same as quoted on the phone, even though the pipes in the dropped ceiling were difficult to get at. I would definitely use the Kevin Scott plumbing again. DFR North Andover.
