Businiess name:  Sapporo Ramen

Review content:
I really like Sapporo Ramen. I've been eating here for years. The service is pleasant and it's a nice spot for people watching. The bowls of ramen are served fast, hot, and tasty. The noodles are more al dente than I've had in other ramen shops, making them more springy, but it's fresh and delicious. I think some people will not like the broth, as it's not as rich in flavor as typical in other ramen-yas. I actually like both styles, but I can see others complaining. Of the broth choices, the miso broth is definitely the best here. The gyoza is particularly good here. The only thing I miss is the option for an egg. If you don't like plain water, make sure to purchase a drink elsewhere in the mall and have it with you during your meal. It's actually a great place to eat for a large group, but that's only if your group can get your own bench table; it's a ramen shop so it's small. Pros: food, parking, service, people watching
