I had written a few reviews for Indra, one favorable and one not so favorable...I'm so glad the owner, April, followed up with me. Firstly, my hair hasn't looked that great since I stopped going to Rebecca. Secondly, I missed Rebecca and the salon. Though I have never had anything but great things to say about my hair stylist, there was a misunderstanding regarding a price my friend was to receive. April more than made up for this, not only was she professional but she had the courage to call and ask ""how can we make things better?"" My friend was taken care of and I am back to seeing my favorite hairdresser. Seriously, the salon is loaded with talent and I have never met anyone who takes more time with me or cares more about how satisfied I am. Rebecca is truly among the best!
Pros: a talented crew who are proactive in keeping up with trends while individualizing a client's personal style
