I went to the salon based on past reviews and could not be more pleased. I felt totally pampered during my time at the spa. Jose did an incredable job on my cut and color. He took the time to review what I wanted and his suggestions. He described as he was working on my hair the corrective program for that day and future visits to improve the condition and color of my hair. During my visit I was totally surprised with the complementary back massage and hand conditioning that I received. All employees greeted you and said hello. Apologies were made for even the slightest delays (which amounted to no more then maybe 5 or 10 minutes, totally acceptable). If your looking for a new salon or hairdresser, look no further then Indra, Jose and the entire staff.
Pros: expertise in color and cuts, all the staff, exceptional customer service
