Michael helped me find a lovely new townhouse condo, despite the extremely limited window I had with which to find a home to buy. Michael responded immediately to my initial inquiry, we spoke soon thereafter and he ""got"" what it was I needed and wanted, then he emailed potential properties for me to consider more quickly than I would have thought possible. When I flew into town he met me at the airport, with water and snacks at the ready. Because of my time constraints and other demands, this could have been a very stressful experience--especially when we throw into this mix the fact that this was my first home purchase ever. However, it went off incredibly smoothly and without a hitch, because Michael was coordinating all involved parties and made everything seem quite easy. Give him a call--you'll be happy you did.
